Nature/Mountains Terchova/Vratna

As somebody have said "Mala ( small ) Fatra is hardly small. The Mala Fatra Mountains include friendly peaks, deep valleys, castles and ruins, folk architecture and the birthplace of Juraj Janosik, Slovakia´s Robin Hood, to whom the village Terchova pays homage with a statue and museum. A national park since 1988,  Mala Fatra covers 52 kilometres end to end  and offers  variety of hikes and activities for  the free time. The valley Vratna, one of Slovakia´s prettiest is also very well known for  the range´s  best skiing.  Either you decide to visit Mala Fatra the summer or the winter, you will agree with us, that  "Small " Fatra  is  worth it.
