Bolo by vhodné, keby sa vyšší menežment poprechádzal po kúpeľoch a určite by zistil, čo tu chýba. Napr. pekný rozkvitnutý park, priestor pre umelcov - aj študentov, zatraktívniť prostredie, ktoré by mohlo byť rozprávkové. Zamestnanci robia, čo môžu, kúpele nemajú žiadnu pridanú hodnotu.
