Na tak veľký hotel a za takú cenu bola strava veľmi málo pestrá a nedochutená. Malý sortiment či ráno, alebo večer. jedna polievka - málo.Niektoré jedlá sme ani nezjedli. Bez fantázie. Veľmi dietne, zlé.

Chýbala možnosť vybrať si procedúry pred pobytom.
Na procedúry púšťať min.5 min pred časom a treba ich ľudom vopred vysvetliť, zorientovať sa v miestnostiach, neponáhľať sa ani poprocedúre - je to únavné, ľudia sú tam kvôli veku alebo chorobe...
A úplne absentuje po týchto teplých procedúrach v obrovských priestoroch bubliny s čistou vodou ! Dve teplé procedúry ked mám za sebou , som unavená a smädná, točí sa občas hlava, izba je ďaleko, na ktorej v minibare nebola ani voda !
