V jednom prípade som sa stretol s aroganciou panej počas podávania stravy, prišiel som 15 minút pred ukončením večere z dôvodu procedúr a ona sa na mňa oborila kde som bol doteraz...nemám slov. Trocha pochopenia by nezaškodilo personálu.
