Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
The first of all city is the best very nice, but customer services in resort in minus. Hotel is only based on Russian customer. Services tried to parties your husband. We closed 3 days before resons anti customer care not only we but also our parents. So from relaxos side i had fully care but in hotel zero. I could not recommended hotel.
