Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
The first of all city is the best very nice, but customer services in resort in minus. Hotel is only based on Russian customer. Services tried to parties your husband. We closed 3 days before resons anti customer care not only we but also our parents. So from relaxos side i had fully care but in hotel zero. I could not recommended hotel. The reasons Not customer services in English Women from kitchen try to catch up men (not ptofessional services) and date up him To pay extra fir bikes before not talking Customer services in doctor procedures not good I think the place wonderfully but services very poor Rgs
