Personal nam stale prizvukoval,ze, ak chceme pouzit saunu a virivku, musime to dat vediet na recepcii. Dna 25.10.2012, kedy otvoracia doba relax centra bola od 16-20 hod. sme poziadali o 19.00 zamestnankynu, aby nam pustila saunu. Bohuzial to nebolo mozne (dovod sme nevypatrali, aj ked sme chceli) a navyse vo virivke nebola voda, takze sa neda povedat, ze sa tu jednalo o wellness pobyt.
