Informácie pri úvode teda príchode - nik nevie kde sa má hlásiť , v prípade menej mobilných a starších pacientov je to nie práve vyhovujúce , hlásiť sa v recepcii Neptúna a potom sa ísť ubytovať - v každom liečebnom dome je minirecepcia tie treba oživiť aspoň na dobu príchodov pacientov - minimálne treba aspoň telefón ,ktorý niekto zdvihne ........ inak všetko ok.
