Umiestnenie a okolie ubytovacieho zariadenia nehodnotím, lebo v tom čase sa robila veľká prestavba vedľajšej budovy, takže prístup k Jílemnickému bol dosť obmedzený. Mohlo sa to zohľadniť napr. cenou pobytu. Strava, služby, okolitá príroda bola na úrovni.
