- klasická čiatočná masáž by mohla
trvať viac ako 15 minút
- pitný režim na izbe a v areali kupelov pri detox programe znamená podľa kúpeľov 1,5 l na deň pre 2 osoby (?)
- a ak je vo voucheri prvý kontakt, resp jazda na koni v hippoaráli, mali by sa zákazníkovi aspoň ospravedlniť pri vystavení kúpeľného poukazu, ak sa to nedá - alebo ponúknuť inú náhradu
