Stravanie v jedalmi bolo na urovne obycajnej kantiny,ktory je v tych uplne v najskromnejsich zariadeniach s pacho kuchyne v jedalni, obmedzenym vyberom na obed, veceru a ranajky dtto. Uplny nedostatok zeleniny a ovocia, salatov, jednoducho racionalnej stravy.

Svoje pripomienky som napisala po pobyte priamo na vedenie kupelneho domu, reakcia bola taka, ci mi maju vratit cast penazi, nie ja som neziadala peniaze ale svoje pripomienky som napisala len kvoli tomu, aby sa sluzby zlepsili, aspon na normalny standard,jednoducho v SR cestovyn ruch nevieme robit a este velmi dlho ho nebudeme vediet robit, zariadenie hotelovych izieb je horsie ako v obycajnych najomnych domoch, tak je luxus oproti liecebnemu domu, kde som stravila vikend, naviac pocas vikedncu neposkytovali relaxacne sluzby v takom rozsahu ako cez tyzden, tak sa naco potom vikendove pobyty predavaju??? Je mi to velmi luto ale velmi velmi zle.
