Vedúca, pani Ištvánová by mala navštíviť iné kúpeľné zariadenia a naučiť sa ako funguje gastronómia, aby boli hostia spokojní. Nadradené správanie a neochota vyjsť v ústrety hosťom odradí veľa zákazníkov. Ceny pobytu sú aktuálne, kvalita poskytovaných služieb zostala v roku 1990.

Vybavenie hotela je zastaralé, okolie chátra a neponúka hosťom primerané podmienky na trávenie voľného času. Zarastený park, staré osvetlenie a žiadne doplnkové služby - bowling nefunkčný a nič iné hotel neponúkal, okrem bazéna.
