Je na škodu veci, že ak sa investovalo
do vonkajších bazénov nenašli sa prostriedky , už dávno , do vonkajších náterov balkonov. Celý hotel by potreboval zmodernizovať. Tiež nezanedbateľná súčasť hoteloveho zariadenia je okolitý park, ktorý si tiež žiada svoje a určite nebolo by to až tak finančne náročné.
