Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
Zamerať sa nielen na jednu cieľovú skupinu - dôchodcov, ale snažiť sa ponúknuť relax i zábavu mladšej vekovej skupine; a upraviť návštevnosť soľnej jaskyne - negatívna skúsenosť v skupine platiacich účastníkov s rodičom s 3ročným dieťaťom, ktoré 45 minút rušilo (krikom, svietením baterkou do očí ostatných a hadzaním kystálikov do relaxujúcich pacientov počas celej procedúry) natoľko, že viacerí pacienti uvažovali o požiadaní vrátenia vstupného.Navrhovala by som vyhradiť rodičom s deťmi špeciálny vstup.
