Bolo by potrebné zrekonštruovať izby, nakoľko ich vybavenie je pomerne zastaralé a mnohé veci /kúpeľňa/ nefunkčné, alebo funkčné len čiastočne.Priestory balkóna sú absolútne nevyhovujúce a neestetické. Bolo by potrebné na balkón umiestniť malý stolík,slnečník a viac stoličiek a samozrejme upraviť podlahu /bola by vhodná dlažba/.
