Pobyt som kupovala ako darček pre svojich rodičov. Poukaz obsahoval informácie o počte procedúr v cene pobytu (19 ks) Po vypísaní dokuemtácie v kúpeľoch rodičia dostali iné informácie (že procedúr je menej, a vstup do bazénov a do soľnej jaskyne nie je v cene) Po tom ako rodičia argumentovali informáciami, ktoré mali na darčekovom poukaze, došli z recepcie hotela za nimi a dodatočne im dali procedúry a vstupy do jaskyne a bazéna. Asi by bolo vhodné pozrieť na informovanosť pracovníkov recepcie, čo zahrňa cena pobytu, aby nevznikali nepríjemné situácie.
