Balnea Grand je hotel 4-hviezdičkový. Kvalita stravy, priestory jedálne a strava nezodpoveda tomuto typu hotela. Kvalita stravy bola velmi slabá,hyg. štandard pri stolovani a tzv. švédske stoly--- myslim zeleninvé šaláty-- na urovni školskej jedálne. Toto ostro kontrastuje s velmi peknými a slušne zariadenými izbami hotela Balnea Grand
