Zlepšiť prvotnú informáciu a usmernenie o programe pobytu už v čase príchodu na recepcii.Informovaný sme boli len o čase raňajok a večere.
Dôvod:
O služby zahrnuté v poukaze sme museli požiadať (1x masáž)
Uvítací drink sme nedostali (čo je samozrejme nepodstatné)
Záver:
Napriek menším nedostatkom (viď vyššie) sme s pobytom boli veľmi spokojný a plne ho odporúčame.
