Větší ochota pracovníků na recepci (Vyhledat informace na internetu - PNS, dodávka denního tisku přeobjednaného z trvalého bydliště, čísla TV kanálů českých stanic apod.....)
Pokud bude zavřena místní kavárna, mělo by to být na dveřích oznámeno.
Pracovnice kavárny by měla umět přijmout platbu kartou.
