este mi napadla jedna zalezitost, par dni pred ukoncenim pobytu sme si pobyt predlzili za poplatok do 15:00 hod., avsak vstupne karty nam prestali fungovat uz doobeda :-(

Kedze tento hotel beriem ako luxusnejsi, par postrehov na zlepsenie:
- 3krat som si objednal mineralku s citronom a vzdy som dostal citron inak (1krat 5 koliesok citrona - OK / 2krat 2 kolieska citronu, z toho jedno suche nepouzitelne a druhe nevyzeralo najcerstvejsie - NOK / 3krat casnik drzal v ruke tanier a z toho dal do pohara jedno koliesko - ???). Ocakaval by som nejaky standard.
- 3krat sme si objednali ladovu kavu a opat bola pokazde ina (1krat OK / 2krat bez dekoracie a menej zmrzliny / 3krat s dekoraciou ale opat menej zmrzliny)
Neberte to prosim ako staznost bol som spokojny s pobytom len by podla mna mali byt urcite standardy aby zakaznik nemal pocit, ze sluzby zavisia od jednotlivcov ale mal dobry pocit z hotela ako takeho :-)
