Pobyt bol ponúknutý ako polpenzia a pravdepodobne nakoľko bol ako vianočný pobyt tak boli podávané aj obedy, ktoré nebolo treba doplatiť - tak cestovná kancelária mala upovedomiť klientov že obedy sú v cene, pretože sme nevedeli že môžeme to využiť.
Spoločenské priestory hotela sú hlučné - na recepcii hrá živá hudba pri ktorej si nikto nemôže zatancovať, lebo tam chýba parket.
