Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
The medical doctor from Begounek hotel MUDr. Jana Klimova was late at the scheduled visit (10-15 minutes later). During that time I knocked two times at the door. In the time of visit it seemed to me that she didn’t pay attention to my health complaints, she was reserved. She didn’t know nor English, no Russian languages, and I had no possibility to have right communication with her.
After the visit she told me: “Next time please do not knock at the door”. She did not apologized that she was late, moreover, she made me the objection!
I do consider, that the doctor should not treat the patient in such rude way.
I am a medical doctor, and I know what is medical ethics.
