Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
Dobrý den, uvítala bych lepší informovanost personálu hotelu Babylon. O zaplacené procedury jsme si museli složitě říkat, posílali nás sem a tam, bylo vidět, že nejsou informovaní. Relaxačně-masážní lůžko, které jsme měli ve voucheru, už delší čas ve wellness nemají. Jinak ale byli velmi ochotní, vždy vyšli vstříc, snažili se pomoci. Celkově byl pobyt velmi příjemný a splnil svůj účel. Iva Myšičková.
