Stavalo sa, že nie cela ponuka bola aktualna. To viem pochopiť, ale ked si nemate vybrat stravu, lebo nie je, tak to mi vadi.
Informovať asi dokladnejsie kuchara o pripadnom počte ludi na dany den.

Tazko sa vyjadrit jednou vetou. Strava to je problem sam o sebe. Ponuka je pestra,ale nedostupná.
Ked ma zákazník zaplatený pobyt, tak očakavá , že dostane to čo má. A nie si všetko pýtať a kontrolovať.
Asi zlepšiť informovanosť a hned pri príchode poprosiť zákazníka, ked sa ubytuje, aby sa stavil na recepcii a spolocne si naplánovali a dohodli objednané služby( terminy, procedúry )...atd.
