Information über Abläufe mussten erfragt werden - sonst bekommt man keine Information!
- An der Rezeption gibt es keine Information über Veranstaltungen, Wanderungen, Radwege... es wurde auf die Touristenformation im Ort verwiesen.
- Im Poolbereich herrscht ein autoritäres Regime - es war nicht einmal erlaubt, einen Sessel zu verrücken; zu wenige Liegen (diese durften auch nicht um wenige Zentimeter verschoben werden!
- Handwerker waren bei laufenden Betrieb in der Sauna; ohne sich dafür zu entschuldigen...
- Essen war extrem schlecht und völlig lieblos zubereitet.
- Dauerberieselung von Fernsehen in der Lobby war sehr störend.
- Wlan funktionierte schlecht!
+ Das Personal war freundlich wenn man eine Frage hatte.
+ Die Zimmer waren sauber.
+ Zimmer funktional und angenehm.
