spravanie obsluhy recepcie bolo znacne odmerane, vynimku tvori len obsluha v restauracii. Prekvapila ma poziadavka na predautorizaciu platby vo vyske 100 € hned pri check in, v ramci ziadneho 4 * hotelu na SK, kde som doteraz bola som sa s takym niecim nestretla. Doslova si odo mna zamestnanec vyziadal zaplatenie zalohy bud v hotovosti alebo kartou (2000 CZK alebo 100 €)
