Aź na to že až 3x som musel ísť na recepciu preto, že nefungoval ovládač na bránu až keď som začal byť jemne nepríjemný našli funkčný ovládač na bránu. V poukaze nebolo napísané, že ubytovanie je potrebné si ísť vybaviť do hotela VEĽKÁ FATRA a ja som pri zamknutej vile nevedel čo sa deje.
