-parkovanie, resp. personál zebezpečujúci prenesenie batožiny, auto zaparkované pomerne ďaleko
- informovanie klienta (boli sme prvý krát na víkendový pobyt), že si má zabezpečiť procedúry v deň príchodu ( keď sme si išli objednať procedúry v sobotu po raňajkách, bolo nám povedané, že procedúry sme už mali ráno????? a samozrejme sme o tom vôbec nevedeli
,dali nám náhradné termíny
