Recepční hotelu byla sice vstřícná a ochotná, ale veškeré poptávky po akcích mimo hotel vyřizovala až po dotazu. Mohla si obstarat dopředu řadu informací, týkajících se kapacit, otevíracích dob o Velikononcích apod. Ochota není připravenost.
