Bohuzial personal v hoteli nie je dostatocne zorganizovany pri poskytovani informacii. Z recepcie nas poslali k lekarovi, lekar zmenit proceduru, tak to clovek moze riesit pol dna kym zisti kde je co. Stacil by jeden system na recepcii nie 10 kancelarii okolo toho.
