problem s komunikáciou s pracovníkmi Relaxosu pri krátkych časových úsekoch do nástupu, keď sa čerpá volno a odovzdávanie klientov je slabo zabezpečené. Klient sa musí sám dodatočne angažovať. v minulosti, keď Relaxos pracoval so systémom platby kartou,resp. zabezpečením zájazdu cez kartu to fungovalo rýchlejšie a jedoduchšie, ako keď sa uhrádza platba na účet banky, ktorá je málo etablovaná a prevod je potrebné potvrdzovať zasielaním MMS alebo scanovaním potvrdenia o p=latbe.
