Velmi mě zklamalo zajištění služeb, nikde není psáno, že sauna se musí objednávat dopředu, vůbec jsme se tam nedostali. Objednali jsme si přes recepci pedikúru na 20.00hod a nikdo nám nedokázal říct, jak dlouho má paní zpoždění a tak po 20.30h jsem vše zrušila. Hotel se nám líbil, ale u 4* hotelu bych očekávala služby lepší.
