Podávaná strava (večera) je servírovaná takým spôsobom, že pripomína len vývarovňu, napr. zemiaky s kuracím mäsom boli zaliate takým veľkým množstvom šťavy, že mäso ani nebolo vidieť a zemiaky boli premočené.

Pri objednávke pobytu mi nebolo oznámené, že samotný hotel Branisko nemá recepciu a treba sa najskôr prihlásiť v hoteli Palace, takže sme najskôr blúdili a nevedeli čo robiť, až kým som to nezistila telefonicky.
