V cene pobytu bola polopenzia.Pobyt sme zacali v piatok vecer a bolo nam jasne ze si nebudeme moct v ten den vybrat menu na veceru. Bohuzial servirka nam oznamila, ze na vikend uz maju rozpocitane porcie, preto sme si nemohli vybrat menu ani na sobotu a nedelu. To pre nas znamenalo ze 3 zo 4 dni ktore sme stravili na tomto pobyte sme nemali vyber jedal co je. Myslim ze toto nam mohlo byt oznamene vopred kedze strava bola zaplatena tiez vopred. Napoje neboli zapocitane v cene vecere,ak sme chceli iba pohar vody museli sme si ho vypytat. Na druhej strane nam vodu vzdy ochotne priniesli a personal bol vzdy velmi mily a ochotny.

Mali sme zarezervovanu izbu v hoteli Branisko, nevedeli sme vsak ze zaregistrovat sa je treba v hoteli Palace, po prichode sme bludili asi 20 min ( s tazkou batozinou) kym nam nahodne prechadzajuci zamestnanec nepovedal kam mame ist. Personal hotela je velmi mily a ustretovy vzdy boli ochotni pomoct, bohuzial nie vsetci rozumeju a hovoria anglicky. Procedury ktore sme mali v cene pobytu sa velmi neoplatia, napr. cez vikend ziadne procedury nie su a trebars klasicka masaz trva iba 15 min.
