Neochota personálu na RECEPCII, nesprávne a neúplné informovanie klientov. Zlá organizácia práce- klienti , ak sú dvojica tak nemali spoločné procedúry v rovnakom čase, výhovorkou bolo, že mali rozdielne priezviska, chýbajúca klimatzácia v apartmáne hotela Astoria !!! Išli sme sa tam uvariť, !!!
