Personál reštaurácie nám určil miesto na sedenie,nie podľa predstáv zákazníka. Tam by som uvítal citlivejší prístup.

Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Súčasťou hotela je aj wellness. Podlaha vo wellness je extrémne šmykľavá. Všade visia tabuľky o tom ,že sa šmýka. Predpokladám,že v takýchto zariadeniach platia nejaké normy na podlahy.Využívali sme služby každý deň a kedže voľné vstupy boli iba dva, tretí deň v nedeľu sme si ho zaplatili na mieste. Asi po dvadsiatich minútach pobytu v saune som išiel relaxovať do oddychovej zóny pri kráčaní po schodoch mi podkĺzla noha a bác. Spadol som nešťastne na ľavý lakeť.Okrem obsluhy wellness po mne ani pes neštekol a posielali ma na vlastné náklady do nemocnice kamsi do Zlína. Toto považujem za obrovský prešľap tohoto zariadenia.Uvítal by som väčší záujem o zákazníka ,ktorý im prináša peniaze.
