S pobytom v uvedenom zariadení sme boli spokojní. Škoda, že s hotelom Niva II nie je zabezpečené linkové spojenie Napriklad autobus. Hotel je dosť vzdialený od centra mesta, takže bez dopravného prostriedku, resp. starších návštevníkov zariadenia sa peši v rámci prechádzky ťažko vyberú, vlastne to nie je možné vzhľadom na dosť veľkú vzdialenosť. Hotel je situovaný síce vo veľmi peknom horskom prostredí s miernym stúpaním, čiže bez dopravy návšteva mesta je prakticky nemožná.
