Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
Uvítal by som viac informovanosti vo wellnes časti. Myslím priamo vo wellnes časti od nejakého stále prítomného zamestnanca. Napr. aj ja osobne som pri prvej návšteve nevedel ako a kde sa pohybovať (aj keď mi to pri nástupe na recepcii bolo povedané, človek si to nemôže pamätať),... kde si vyzdvihnúť plachtu do wellnes, ako sa saunovať, sprchovať arď.. A zo skúseností...-ten problém tam mali viacerí. I zahraniční návštevníci. Chodievala tam zamestnankyňa hotela ale v malých intervaloch, podľa mňa nedostacujuco. Tak potom neznalí trošku 'komplikujú' pobyt tým skúseným.
