Časový harmonogram procedur měl s námi někdo domluvit nebo nás informovat dopředu (e-mailem). Přijeli jsme a už jsme měli propadlé procedury. Nelze si na hotelu dojednat náhradní proceduru nebo proceduru přesunout, protože jsou plánované centrálně a o víkendu se neplánují.
