Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Mám výhrady pouze k rezervačnímu systému. Dvakrát jsem musela pracovnici rezervačního systému upozorňovat na informace, které jsem uvedla v objednávce - na moji žádost týkající se přiobjednání dodatečných procedur a žádost týkající se platby (jedna platba fakturou, druhá vkladem). Prostě to prý přehlédla, a to i po mém upozornění.
Jinak s hotelem, procedurami a personálem jsme byly s kolegyní velmi spokojené a rády doporučíme známým.
