Polievkové misy by mali byť k dispozícii až pri príchode hosťa a nie, aby ich prersonál naplnil dopredu a nechal chladnúť. Pružnejšie dopĺňať bufetové stoly pri raňajkách.

Suggestions for improving accommodation facility
Ubytovacie formality by mali byť urobené ešte pred príchodom hosťa, aby nemusel strácať čas pri recepcii - údaje predsa sú už známe. Hosť by už mal dostať rozpis procedúr a nemal by naháňať zdravotný personál za týmto účelom. Pri našom pobyte pracovníčka, ktorá má na starosti túto službu jednoducho neprišla do práce a nokoho to netrápilo. Potom sme to s pomocou jej kolegyne vyriešili, ale to sa nemuselo podariť, nakoľko málo chýbalo, že jej neskončila pracovná doba.
