V kaviarni Balneoterapie áno, ale hostí štve stav v zariadení Kamenný dvor v bezprostr.blízkosti hotela - najmä tamojšie ceny, ktoré stanovil majiteľ - nejaký Ukrajinec, ktorý nevyplácal mzdy miestnym zamestnacom, tí dali výpovede a tak dotiahol tam ukrajincov

Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Ubytov.zariadenia (Travertín a Švajčiarské domčeky) nezodpovedajú svojmu zaradeniu - *** hviezdičky!. Za 8 dní nášho pobytu ani raz nevymenené uteráky, 1x vynesený koš a neprítomnosť upratovačiek! Hostia vo vedľ. izbe ( Švaj.domč.) si museli v meste kúpiť hlavicu na kúpeľň. sprchu ! Akciová spoločnosť by mala buť zariadiť izby tak, aby zodpovedali zaradeniu ubyt.zariadení, alebo by tam mala nabehnúť kontrola a urobiť to za nich , pretože asi sotva zjednajú nápravu ( tento stav bol aj pred 2 rokmi, keď sme tam boli ubytovaní v Travertíne.
