Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Mali sme v cene vstupnú lekársku prehliadku - žiadnu sme však neabsolvovali, napriek tomu, že som na to upozornila. Mali sme mať v cene jednu procedúru podľa vlastného výberu - mali sme ju, avšak "vybrať" sme si mohli len jednu možnosť - parafín. Podlaha v izbe bola špinavá (zjavne nebola pred našim príchodom umytá). "Smerovacie" tabuľky smerovali k hlavnému vchodu balneoterapie, na ktorom bolo napísané, že máme použiť zadný vchod ... k tomu však žiadne tabuľky / šípky neviedli. V budove balneoterapie nebol nikto na recepcii - ak je tam niekto prvýkrát má problém zorientovať sa. Podmienky ubytovania boli "skromné", ale s tým som počítala, keďže sme na to boli upozornení pri rezervácii pobytu ... to ale neznamená, že sa dvere do kúpeľne nemajú dať zatvoriť (bol tam nejaký problém s kovaním dverí).
