Suggestions for improving accommodation facility |
Úklid za týdenní pobyt - 1 x vynesení odpadkového koše, zima na pokoji - cca 17C, topilo se ráno 6-8hod, odpoledne 16-20hod. Hned první den jsem reklamovala, že není na pokoji lampička, do konce pobytu nebyla. Ručníky nebyly vyměněny za celou dobu pobytu.Plánování procedur - pokud jedete s manželem a chcete si od sebe odpočinou, je to výborné. Já jsem měla procedury dopoledne, manžel odpoledne a naopak. Po reklamaci nám sice bylo vyhověno,ale s připomínkou, že pokud chceme jezdit také na výlety, máme si objednat jen nocleh a ne procedury. Dobrá rada, že?
