1.V hotelu Spa i v celém Hevízu bylo dost návštěvníků z ČR. Byly by vhodné informační tabule a nabídky služeb i v češtině nebo slovenštině.
2.V pokoji bez balkonu bylo obtížné sušit mokré plavky a osušky.Hodily by se přenosné skládací sušáky.
Jeden malý stojanový sušák na společném balkonu na konci chodby opravdu nestačil.
