Lepšia informovanosť ubytovaných hostí recepčným personálom!!!! Recepčné nás VOBEC neinformovali o tom, že sa treba dopredu objednať na procedúry. Vdaka nim náš Romantický pobyt bol oničom, a všetky procedúry sme dostali až posledný deň!!!! A neboli sme sami, stalo sa to aj ostatným ubatovaným na tomto pobyte!!! Recepčný personál taktiež nemá prehľad o tom kto má čo zaplatené na kupeľnom pobyte... týka sa to aj stravovania!
