Kuchar by mal absolvovat kurz v dochucovani jedal ako aj v sposobe prezentacie jedla. Ranajkovy bufet bol velmi jednoducho naaranzovany, trochu mi to pripominalo komunisticke casy... Co sa obsluhy tyka, personalu chybaju zakladne vedosti ako napr. obsluha z pravej strany, ci neodobranie taniera jednej osobe ak druha este konzumuje....

Pocet hviezdiciek v ziadnom priade nezodpoveda predpisanej kvalite. Foto izby nie je totozne s realitou, izby su male a len velmi jednoducho zrenovovane.Najhorsia je ale uroven ponuknutych sluzieb. Bazen je otvoreny len v obmedzenych hodinach, v pondelok dokonca uplne zavrety.Procedury ktore sme mali v ramci skraslovacieho pobytu boli vykonavane jednou osobou, ktora proste nestihala vsetko vykonavat tak, ako by sa ocakavalo. Pod pojmom reflexna masaz chodidiel sme neocakavali zapnutie zaprasenej masinky, na ktorej mali pred nami - bez akelkovek dezinfekcie - vylozene nohy ine klientky. Celkovo cistota vo " wellness" centre je na povazenie. Strava bola velmi priemerna a celkovy dojom z hotela tiez. Moj navrh: Uvadzat hotel ako 2 hviezdickovy, potom nebudu mat ludia vysoke ocakavania a tym padom nebudu ani sklamani.
