Měli jsme víkendový program "Lázně na zkoušku. O jednu proceduru jsme přišli v pátek, protože byla stanovena na brzkou hodinu a my jsme dojížděli zdaleka, tato procedura byla nahrazena. Masáž byla rozepsána na sobotu v 7 ráno - to je o víkendu nevhodně brzy. Masáže nahrazeny nebyly, nenašel se termín. v tom bych viděla možnost organizačního zlepšení.
