Inde pri vstupe do jedálne si zvykne pracovník za pultíkom zaznačiť klienta, resp, čislo izby, pre info, či zákazník má nárok na večeru. Predpokladám, že má k dispozícii podklady z recepcie. Tu pracovníčka bez opýtania na meno (číslo izby) nás priamo zaskočila otázkou, či máme zaplatenú večeru. Pritom sme mali pri sebe kartičku s číslom izby, ktorú ale nepožadovala. Takto si tada správanie personáli nepredstavujem.
