Zabezpečenie supervisora, pretože informácie sa neposúvali na správne miesto. Napr. zabezpečenie bezlepkovej stravy,ktorá nebola zabezpečená ani po upozornení personálu, stále sa ospravedlňovali, že o tom nevedeli. Animátorka hotová katastrofa, nevedela zaujať deti. Welness, studená voda, vírivka tak pre štyroch, sanuna tak pre dvoch ľudí. Hotová katastrofa, neodporúčam.
