Dobry den, mam viacero pripomienok a staznosti: bola nam ponuknuta LUX izba s doplatkom - pri ubytovani sme s nevolou zistili, ze tento typ izby vobec nezodpoveda kategorii 4* (viditelne stare vybavenie izby a kupelne vyzadujuce celkovu rekonstrukciu!!! - skutocny stav odhadujem na cca 2*). Fotografia izby LUX na Internete takisto vonkoncom nezodpoveda realite. Rad by som videl tie izby (nie LUX) bez doplatku - zrejme na urovni 1* a nizsie. Ked to zhrniem, mali sme izby s doplatkom - logicky sme ocakavali vyssi komfort, avsak realita bola uplne opacna a zostali sme z toho velmi sklamani a nespokojni. Co sa tyka komunikacie s Vasim zamestnancom, musim taktiez vyslovit nespokojnost,- ocakaval by som viac proaktivny pristup, nie len ponuknut izbu s priplatkom bez vysvetlenia, ale minimalne aspon informovat co za to zakaznik dostane... Takisto by som ocakaval aby sa Vas zamestnanec o zakaznika aktivne zaujimal a pokusil sa mu poradit/pomoct - nemusim vzdy vediet co presne odomna ocakavate ake info najma ked si to cez vas objednavam prvy krat. pripadne spravte prehladny web formular cez ktory bude mozne zadat vsetky vami pozadovane informacie pre bezproblemove objednanie pobytu. s pozdravom, Dusan Kaufmann dusan.kaufmann@orange.sk
